How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

Once you have checked out AND created your account by activating it via the welcome email, you can login at any time and click ‘Account’ on the menu bar. 

On the account screen click on 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION'  under the ‘ACCOUNT DETAILS’ heading on the right hand side. On that page, you can make changes, amend payment details and cancel the subscription. A confirmation will be sent to you by email - please ensure you receive this to make sure it has been processed correctly.

Once payment has been made, the subscription will be cancelled the following month.
