The payment for my kit did not go through - what can I do?

The kit will try to take payment for 5 days.  Payments will fail if there is an error in the card details or if there are insufficient funds.  An email will be sent for each failed payment.  If payment is not made within the 5 days the system will cancel the subscription.  

If you would like to continue with the subscription you will need to check out a new kit and enter the details. Or you can contact customers service and we can reactive your subscription for you.
