My product is broken/is not working properly!

Sorry to hear about this. To help us resolve this problem as quickly as possible, please provide us with pictures of the broken item, where it is broken and the results that you are getting, along with a description of how it broke, or how it is currently performing and your address if a replacement needs to be sent out.
