We're sorry to hear you've had a problem with your Nuvo mousse. As the product is water-based it can have the potential to become dry. We suggest adding a small amount of either distilled or cooled boiled water to the mousse and allowing it to absorb to rejuvenate them, you can repeat as necessary to get the consistency you require.
