My Crystal Drops Aren’t Flowing, Can you Help?

If you have had any problems with the flow of your Nuvo Crystal Drops we recommend the following advice,

 

1. try, removing the nozzle and gently washing it with warm water, this can often clear the nozzle and improve the flow.

 

2. Try holding the drop in your hand until warm, this can often improve the flow if the bottle has been kept at a low temperature.

 

3. If there is any thick product in the drop then just squeeze it out.
